There were 16 new listings that came to market in January, which is the same December. Pending sales increased by 7 units, up to 19, compared to 12 in December. Closed sales decreased, going down from 15 closed sales in December to 11 closed sales in January.
Median Sales Price has increased year-over-year by 25.8%, from $232,500 to $292,500, while Average Sales Price has increased by 16.1%, from $241,862 to $280,800.
Months Supply decreased month-over-month, going from 3.5 months supply in December to 3.0 in January, and the year-over-year months supply is up by 20.0%, going from 2.5 months in January 2023 to 3.0 Months in January 2024.
